Franklin Templeton Files With SEC to Add Second Blockchain Fund
Franklin Templeton, a company with $1.4 trillion in assets under management, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to add a second blockchain fund to its crypto market offerings. The Blockchain Fund II is a private equity fund with a minimum investment of $100,000, and is distinct from the firm’s venture capital-focused blockchain fund and SMA strategies from last year.
