Dogecoin’s Balltze Goes to Doggy Heaven
Balltze, fondly named Ball Ball, is the Shiba Inu dog who inspired the meme Cheems, which became the face and spirit of Dogecoin and Shiba Inu. The Dogecoin Foundation issued a news release expressing their sympathy and sadness and discussing the history of the meme. Balltze sadly passed away on the 18th of August after losing a battle with cancer.
Balltze will live on through Dogecoin and Shiba Inu. But what is the future for Dogecoin?
